Photoshoot Venue Hire

​Capture life’s special moments in the serene beauty of our garden. Whether you’re planning a family photoshoot or a stunning matric farewell photoshoot, our venue offers the perfect backdrop for your memories. The peaceful surroundings and lush greenery will elevate any photoshoot, providing an unforgettable setting for your photos. You can hire the venue for 2 hours, with packages available for groups of various sizes. Please note that this option does not include a photographer.

 

Venue Hire for Photoshoots:

  • 1 - 12 people, 2 hours @ R900

  • 13 - 24 people, 2 hours @ R1 500

  • 25 - 50 people, 2 hours @ R2 000

 

Optional Catering Available:

  • Adults (from R180): Includes bottled water, glass of sparkling wine (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), 2 savoury canapés, and 1 sweet canapé.

  • Kids (from R120): Includes bottled water, fruit juice, 2 savoury canapés, and 1 sweet canapé.

 

And remember, all venue hire fees go directly toward supporting Daybreak House. Make beautiful memories while contributing to a meaningful cause!

Picnic Venue Hire

Our beautiful garden is the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable picnic experience, whether it’s a corporate gathering or a children’s party. Enjoy a serene and picturesque atmosphere while we handle all the details for you. The venue hire includes a picnic area setup with blankets, scattered cushions, and short round tables to create the perfect ambiance for your group.

 

Venue Hire for Picnics:

  • 1 - 12 people, 3 hours @ R1 000 | 6 hours @ R1 500 (R600 per hour afterwards)

  • 13 - 24 people, 3 hours @ R1 500 | 6 hours @ R2 500 (R1 000 per hour afterwards)

  • 25 - 50 people, 3 hours @ R2 800 | 6 hours @ R4 000 (R2 200 per hour afterwards)

 

Catering (Compulsory):

  • Adults (from R200 per person): Includes a selection of cheeses, cold meats, canapés, fresh fruit, artisanal breads, and various spreads.

  • Kids (from R120 per person): Includes mini burgers, fruit, cheese, and other options to suit dietary needs.

 

Beverages:

We offer a variety of beverage options to suit your needs, including soft drinks, wine, sparkling wine, or any specific requests. All beverages will be added to your quote for approval.

 

Please note that catering is mandatory for all picnics, with a minimum of 12 guests per booking. All venue hire fees go directly toward supporting Daybreak House. Make your next picnic not just a celebration, but also a contribution to a great cause!

  • 1 - 12 people, 3 hours @ R1 000 | 6 hours @ R1 500 (R600 per hour afterwards)

Beverages are not included, but you have the freedom to choose what best suits your guests - whether it’s soft drinks, wine, or sparkling beverages. The possibilities are endless, and we’ll customize the selection to your preferences.

Indulge in the best quiche in Pretoria, paired with a choice of two fresh salads. Each guest will enjoy their own individual quiche, making this a delightful and well-priced option for any gathering.

  • 1 - 12 people, 3 hours @ R1 000 | 6 hours @ R1 500 (R600 per hour afterwards)
